Thieves Household Cleaner – you might as well just call it the only cleaner you’ll need to buy ever again! You can use this for general cleaning, or also for your floors, walls, upholstery, fabric, glass, pots & pans and you can even make a hand cleaner from it! Thieves® Essential Oil was created based on research about four thieves in France who covered themselves with cloves, rosemary, and other aromatics while robbing plague victims. This proprietary essential oil blend was university tested for its cleansing abilities. It is highly effective in supporting the immune system and good health (source). Young Living has a whole line of Thieves items for your household and family care such as toothpaste, wipes, hand soap, floss, mouthwash, hand purifier, bar soap and more.
More about the cleaner — the bottle is a concentrate so you dilute it depending on what you want to use it for. It’s 14.4oz which can last you a LONG time if you’re just doing regular cleaning. Here are the ratios so you can see just how far you can make that 14.4oz stretch (and more info on the cleaner concentrate here – just know this is the retail price. Let me know if you’d like info on wholesale pricing!).
Dilution ratios: light degreasing 60:1; medium degreasing 30:1; heavy degreasing 15:1; floors 100:1; walls 30:1; upholstery, fabrics, carpet spotting 40:1; carpet 100:1; glass 320:1; pots and pans; 100:1 hand cleaner 1:1.
I’m excited to get some more spray bottles and start making some various cleaners out of the concentrate – I’ll be making a counter spray, carpet spray (silly dog!!), glass spray and hand spray. I love that there are so many options with this product – along with the essential oils. They’re not just used for one thing – they all have multiple uses and for that I’m grateful.
